Andrew Thomas has built a career of over 15 years in Sales and Sales Management in the Pharmaceutical industry. His managerial focus has been on coaching to improve sales performance.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific where he was a student/athlete. His passion for sports and education has led him to support the dreams of young student/athletes, encouraging them to maximize the academic opportunities that athletics may avail.

Andrew is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Building character, instilling morals and values, equipping with life skills and mentoring youth to be the best that they were created to be is where he enjoys focusing his time.

Deanna has her B.A in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Information systems from San Diego State University. Deanna started her career of over 12 years as a Sales Consultant and Project Manager for AT&T and later became a licensed Real Estate Agent.

Deanna is currently an Academic Advisor to graduate and undergraduate students, where she finds great joy in pouring into lives of others. Deanna is the founder of Young Ambassadors and passionate for teaching to positively impact the personal growth of young boys and teens by teaching them why they are significant, building their character and empowering them to stretch their abilities.

Currently Deanna is working on her Master’s Degree in Public Administration with emphasis in Non-Profit. Deanna is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and a member of SFVC of Jack & Jill of America.

Aloria Magee - Director
Aloria Magee – Director

With a Masters and a B.A. in Elementary Education from California State University, Northridge, Aloria brings a vast amount of expertise in teaching to Young Ambassadors. Aloria has a passion for teaching young children and has been an Educator at Serrania Elementary School, in Woodland Hills for 13 years.

Aloria has served also as a leader on the Parent/Teacher Board and as a result of the motivational approach she used, parent participation increased. Currently she is a Girls Scout leader of her daughters troop and also the mother of 3 sons. Aloria loves adventures and has the ability to ignite the potential of young minds to be the best that they can be.

Aloria is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Andrea Berry - Director
Andrea Berry – Director

Always very clear about her hopes and dreams — Andrea Berry has broken barriers in the broadcast field for the last 30 years. An award winning broadcast media executive and consultant, she lead the technical teams for many very high profile network television events including the World Series, the Olympic Winter Games, NFL and NASCAR.

In addition Ms. Berry has held key roles in the launch of new cable and broadcast television networks and managed network Digital Media Management initiatives.

One of the few female graduates of the prestigious Illinois Institute of Technology, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a minor in Electrical Engineering. She holds an Executive Certificate in “Management and Leadership” from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s (M.I.T) Sloan School of Business; an Executive Certificate in New Media Management from the USC Marshall School of Business and is a graduate of the Los Angeles African American Women’s Public Policy Institute.

Now a passionate mentor and philanthropist, she is an advocate for developing young people’s skills in leadership, character building and S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) education. Andrea supports a Computer Discovery Camp in Chicago, a program that exposes middle school girls to the world of computer technology. She also holds a host of leadership positions in organizations that support youth including the National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation, the Young Ambassadors Leadership Academy, Legacy Ladies, Inc. and Jack and Jill of America. She serves on the Advisory Boards of the Sports Video Group and the International Society of Black Latinos. Andrea was recently recognized by the Alliance for Women in Media with an award for STEM Leadership in Media.
